Kalbro KB Series Pumps (Vacuum or Pressure Pumps)
are designed to operate an oil lubricated rotary vane principle. Built
in oil pump provides force lubrication, which ensures smooth, noiseless
working with minimum wear and tear for the longer life. Internal oil
recirculation, integral oil mist separating system for oil free
compressed air, low vibration and easy access are the hallmarks of KB
series pumps. The cooling coil cools the compressed air to normal
temperature before the delivery. Apart from routine oil and filter
change,no preventive maintenance is required. Good quality raw
materials, systematic manufacturing process ensures standardization of
the products.We make it available in different models for all
applications in Sheet fed offset printing presses and other paper
handling machines.
Kalbro Side Channel Blowers
operate oil free and as impeller rotates without contact with the side
of the housing, the compression space is free from wear and tear. The
dynamically balanced double sided impeller, loss free flow passage and
perfectly designed silencer for low noise operation are some of the
important aspects of our product. Kalbro Side Channel Blowers/exhausts
compress air by volume displacement operate without metal to metal
contact practically requiring zero maintenance as well as lubrication.
It is widely applicable in the pneumatic conveying, dust collectors and
paper handling.
Mono Block Vacuum Pumps
are produced for modern applications which requires a capacity less
than 6m/hr combined with a good vacuum block. The noise levels in these
pumps are minimised by the newly designed housing and end covers,
making it ideal for applications in silent zones. These are the pumps
suitable for plate making equipments and various other applications
such as-refrigeration as well as vacuum packing machines.
